Shortgirl clothing brand is finding its perfect in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW)  — There is a new Buffalo-born clothing brand that is proudly “calling all limited ladies.”

Shortgirl‘ clothes is a new e-commerce business that founder Sue Schaffstall says addresses an age-old situation.

“I am 4-foot-9 and I have constantly struggled with acquiring outfits that in shape properly,” states Schaffstall. “I considered I would try out and resolve a dilemma for other shorter women out there.”

Sue Schaffstall says a motivation to “address a difficulty for other small ladies out there” led to the development of shortgirl apparel.

Feeding off many years of irritation Schaffstall turned to creative imagination and invested two yrs coming up with and building the shortgirl model. “We make clothing for women who have a tricky time fitting even into petites,” states Schaffstall.

The model introduced in May with shortgirl jeans.

“They are a straight leg jean, they are mid-increase, they fall just underneath your navel”, claims Schaffstall. “The difference among mine and the normal petite is that we promote by inseam.” “My jeans appear in a 25, 26 or a 27 inseam which is unheard of in the women’s clothing business. No just one else does that ideal now.”

Shortgirl jeans are made in the United States and are hand reduce and hand sewn applying denim from California. The jeans, for now, can only be bought on the internet and retail for $189.00. Schaffstall claims it is really for good explanation.
